From my understanding, TMs could not be used to secure generic domains.  Or maybe TMs can only not be used to demand a domain be transferred (by WIPO/etc.) to the TM registrant if the domain is generic?  Anyone able to clairify this?       Would Afilias stand any chance at challenging Business.info at WIPO?  I am disgusted at TMs and their incredible abuse --- especially in this INFO Sunrise framework.  Afilias should have blocked all generic domains from the Sunrise in my view. - Disgusted by Corporations & TMs
