Nothing to do with generic. Also don't forget about Afilias' GOVINDA LEOPOLD, who STOLE Hawaii.info |

The sunrise period was on the surface set up by Afilias to allow anyone with a TM
the chance to register their matching .info domain before others without the tm had
a chance. The only prerequisite was having the tm. Did not matter whether the tm
was generic or not. And before any ignoramuses butt in, you can register generic
tms if in a different class. I can't be bothered to explain all that again. However,
in reality all this mess was planned by Afilias. They blatently chose to not validate
the form data on sunrise apps, whilst accepting land rush preregistrations too. Now
they are planning to sell these names for a 3rd time. Afilias could get business.info
if another challenger has not proven they should have it by producing a legitimate
trade mark. But then, I'm sure they don't mind letting the ultra high profile names
go to others. It takes the spotlight off Afilias board members like GOVINDA LEOPOLD
who FRAUDULENTLY abused her position of responsibility and STOLE Hawaii.info, Govinda.info
and more.
