Afilias should release these during LandRush II --- it's the only 'fair' way to distribute them... otherwise registrar scripts/etc. will gobble all these domains up within minutes.  Any 1 & 2 char .INFO domains should be released in LandRush II --- seeing as they have to have LandRush II anyways, add these names to the pool of domains to be released.       This gives Afilias ample time to talk to the CC-TLDs... or they can just reserve these names with a 10 year registration under Afilias. If these domains are released in some massive drop --- insiders will get the best names, or all of them.
