Sure you can, as long as you don't infringe the rights of someone with an existing TM (registered or common law) in the class of goods you decide to sell. Once the sunrise challenge period is over, the TM used to register the name is no longer significant, and you only have to worry about the UDRP and any laws applicable in your jurisdiction, as with com/net/org.
