You must be reading something different from me. Are you seriously saying, that it is okay for a business to (ab)use its trademark to go into a different classification? They have to notify and get permission from the trademark authority first - for change of use. In the example given - I very seriously doubt that Apple Computers would be allowed the mark 'apple' to get into Apple business (no chance).
