Here's how to stop the scam: email to forum@icann.org demanding that the ICANN forum administrator delete the http://forum.icann.org/cgi-bin/rpgbio.cgi?intemetadvocate registration record impersonating InterNetAdvocate.  Make sure you copy the link with cut-and-paste so that you eliminate the chance of typing error.  That will help me and you.  Okay?

ICANN Moderator calls me 'Teacher Teacher' crybaby every time I email forum@icann.org to delete his posts.  But Forum Admin still has never deleted his registration record http://forum.icann.org/cgi-bin/rpgbio.cgi?intemetadvocate which poses as me.

IntemetAdvocate is _not_ InternetAdvocate. [Note that m looks like rn in Intemet.]  This warning is needed, due to a fraudulent poser IntemetAdvocate using my name in the Real Name field and trying to pose as me InternetAdvocate.
