In this context, it would be relevant to mention that the names registered through some registrars particularly NetSol, NameSecure during landrush period show trademark information although no such information was submitted by registrants.  I know this for the fact from my personal experience.  I have test checked several names registered by different regisrants through these registrars during landrush period and all have the same information. This appears to be a system glich.  NetSol appears to be blissfully unaware of this problem.  They should rectify this problem themselves or allow registrants to make necessary changes. Amar
