Subject:	So where does that leave domain disputes?

I understand that if an incident happens in geographical place, the court of the land would deal with the case, but domains aren't locked t any geographical area are they? If I live in UK and someone in the US wants to reverse hijack my domain, where would the court case be? What would actually happen?
