I thought gTLD domains could be challenged in court OR by UDRP |

i.e. 2 different methods. Is this not the case? Depending on the answer to this,
could someone answer one of these 2 sub questions, please: 1. If these cases can
ONLY be resolved and are ALWAYS resolved by UDRP: {does
this mean the whole matter is conducted remotely by
post or email or something like that?} 2. If domains can be challenged by UDRP
method OR going to court: {if it's by UDRP does this
mean the whole matter is conducted remotely by post
or email or something like that?} {if it can also be
challenged through the courts, who gets to choose which
land the court case is in?} this
