I called them this morning and the customer service guy told me they would release the names on the 26th. I have 2 names that I unintentionally obtained during the sunrise period. I would be very surprised if they are not on the list (they are 2 good generic names). If they are I intend to try once again to get my money back from the registrar who submitted my names for sunrise and charged my card without any trademark info whatsoever being entered by me on their form. My guess is that many other fraudulently obtained names are going to slip through the cracks.
