It looks like large proportion of them are generic and have been 'stolen'.gambling
software money etc.
Where are the case notes?
Have these trademarks been checked?
They
do have trademark for the single word on its own - right?
Because they have to
disown generic words for the group - e.g. Apple cannot have word 'Computer'.
The
trademark is not for an image - right?
Because that would be abusing their mark
- they were given the trademark for the image only - not for the word.
Are the
United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization some sort of Mickey Mouse
outfit?
Or was I right in my analysis, that they are corrupt?
