Subject: Corruption was quite clear to me from the start

It was obvious to me, that they always knew the solution to trademark and domain problems.

They knew how to avoid 'consumer confusion', 'trademark conflict' and 'passing off'.

They knew the current situation allowed some trademarks to have dominant position over others using same word(s).

They knew the current situation abridged peoples right to use these words.

The question I had to find, was how far up this corruption went.

It was the USPTO and DOC's continued avoidance to answer and failings to oversee ICANN, that convinced me that it went to the top.
