Question: What criteria does WIPO use when deciding a challenge? |

Are the rules made up as they
go along? Does WIPO change it's criteria at Afilias's bidding? If Afilias changes
it's challenge rules, WIPO just goes along? Does WIPO have one set of rules for .infos
and another set for .coms? How can Afilias self-challenge? Didn't Afilias registered
the sunrise names that appear facially invalid? Does Afilias have any trademark rights
to the domain names it is challenging? So how can Afilias use WIPO? How many names
can Afilias hold? Wasn't there a cap? What in the heck is going on?
