Message:
If a registration appears facially invalid, why not just contact the registrant and say so? Too easy? Suppose it's also much too simple to ask why facially invalid registrations were accepted in the first place? If it's registered in error why not just delete it, give back Dick or Jane their money and move on? This whole mess is just plain silly. What's with all the bureaucracy? Challenge this-challenge that. Bunch of babies.
