that ICANN is transparent and accountable is a LIE that they propagate.
grip that the DoC has on the World economy, I think the decisions are not being taken
by a few lame-arse quango executives in ICANN. They are pawns. The real decision
makers are unseen, hiding behind many bureaucratic levels of silence.
