Dotster has informed me they are *not* refunding .BIZ
application fees. I've been in contact with them via email (which they simply never
reply to) and via phone several times this past week.At this point, it appears
that legal action may be necessary against Dotster and possibly NeuLevel as well
to recover the funds I paid.

On an
aside, the credit card company, American Express, I used for the transaction refused
to investigate the charge due to the time that has elapsed - while not surprising,
it's disturbing because some credit card issurers will handle disputes way beyond
60 days in instances where no product/service was ever received.
