It's simple : what action will ICANN take to penalise Dotster if they persist in
their untenable position of charging people "for nothing"?
And if ICANN do not
act,What action will the Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet take
to make sure that ICANN does indeed carry out its responsibilities.
At the very
least, Dotster may need to lose their accreditation if they refuse to refund.
And
does Fred Upton realise how damaging this accumulation of ICANN abdication and registrar
corruption is going to be to his own reputation when this is publicised - and he
is seen to have presided over a series of frauds and abuses?
And specifically,
what does Vint Cerf, the "invisible man" on this forum, have to say about both Dotster
and the ongoing Afilias debacle?
