How can it be acceptable that Hal Lubsen's company DomainBank has knowingly submitted
ineligible data for so many .info registrations, and charged customers for this,
making a profit out of fraudulent applications? How can it be acceptable for the
CEO of Afilias to be part of a company that makes a profit out of fraudulent applications
which breach the rules of Afilias?
And does this compromise Hal Lubsen, in his
capacity as CEO of Afilias, from taking action against other registrars who may be
frauds?
How is the consumer protected, and does ICANN care?
