Faulty paid pre-reg submissions. No response to emails. Charging cards fully before delivery of goods. Poor product knowledge. Rude customer support on the phone who actually claim ignorance and lack of understanding of the new extensions. No updates on situation. Totally amateur web transaction interphases. Pushing the buck around. I have many .info names still scattered all over with registrars who don't offer even the basics of domain management. So its really secure your name, then TRANSFER to real services. The fly-by-night registrars want that, YOU NEED that. Problem is, no transfers are possible for .info for some strange reason.
