      Yes. This is a problem. And a very difficult one to administer. I have always maintained that IP claims should only be honoured if the business concern can produce 3 TM certificates - USPTO, UK, and the country of origin.

For god sake, gTLDs are meant for international use. Not for selling coconuts to the tourists who come to Fifi Island.

Is Sanjeev really had the Indian, US(Federal) and UK certification, for 'business' then cased closed. I'm sure the internet communinity would have nothing to say to that. Right now, the sunrise logic is incredibly flawed and open to all sorts of monkey.biz. As I said, the next time round, I am going to get me a toy TM certificate from Fifi island. Business.info may be too visible to apply this on, but can you imagine the thousands of good names that slip through Afilias's whale hole dotted nets because of this?

Don't even start me on the Korean tms...grrrr
