as far as business.info is concern
majority of you count this domain from its value but for my client it has no value
as he got the domain for his business in regular way and for that he has no option
left then .info or .biz , it was the policy of the Afilias which gives the domain
to them otherwise it will go to anyone of us.If our client or anyother person
who get the domain for the purpose of sale only then the domain value is counted. Like
few mention that getting back dated Trademark in India is game then please note that
Indian TM registry is one of the best registry and any kind of adjustment is not
allowed here otherwise the Company like IBM is also applied for Business mark get
it done in hours but their application is still pending ? my question is that why
not the IBM got the TM in back date in India when it is easy to get ? why they applied
here when our registry has no value? You people should understand that belonging
to any advance country does not mean that all other countries in third world are
fake?
Then why the lot of scandals in US or UK broke ? Why the majority of squatters
live in these advance countries ? Please donot take it otherway as this is a message
for some guys who donot respect for others.
