Subject: Sunrise is a corrupt mockery.

Even if the Sunrise regulations had stipulated that companies are not allowed to sell domains bopught in Sunrise or MUST use them specifically for material about the entity upon which the TM is registered, this would still cause lots of trouble. It woiuld mean that virtually all generics taken in Sunrise would be completely irrelevant to the domain. It make type ins useless. Who wants to find a website about stockings when they type in computer.info?

BUT the authorities did not insist on any controls over the content of Sunrise domains. Once successfully registered people can do as they please with them. This makes the whole thing a mockery and means TM holders can use their TM to gain priority over everyone else in an industry out of its TM class.
