the business that you found
in the US Trademark Registry is a design mark. As a design mark you can register
generic terms in the US and anywhere else. But you won't get the wordmark BUSINESS
registered in any classes in the US because economic terms must be kept free for
public use. Someone who applies for the wordmark BUSINESS does it obviously in
a bad faith. There are no circumstances that force anybody to hold that trademark.
