by ICANN, average citizens have to seek redress for registry and registrar abuses in the courts. I will repeat Richard Henderson's question - who is protecting the customer - when it sure as hell ain't ICANN? Good luck Ron - you have a lot of folk on your side. Put Dotster on your "deal with this registrar at your own risk" list - until Dotster have demonstrated they have adopted ethical business practices.
