Just upload a page offering to hire out your services for $10,000 per hour. No ones going to pay it, but you're still running a business albeit without a queue of customers. And if anyone id stupid enough to pay it, you're laughing aren't you? The restictions really only restrict ease of aftermarket sales and stop people from usiing the name for non-profit reasons.
