MOLER: They were 'expensive', but worth every penny. RACH: I paid them $400. They admit they didn't even submit my pre-registrations. They haven't given me my money back. I don't call that "expensive". I call that "rip-off". Any honest company should refund money to customers if they fail to carry out the service they have been paid for.
