Go demand your $400 bucks back (mine's a peasly $200) saying you have nothing more you want to "buy" from them. Instant chargeback. If they say "tough luck" and "get a life", then boy, do you have a case. Good news, at least these people still respond to your calls or email (the last time I checked). Once it hits Verisign end this month, kiss your 400 euros buhbye. The domain acquisition game is extremely dirty and fraudulent, make sure you (1) have a controlled debit card and (2) willing to lose every cent (and more) in your debit account. Don't ever use a credit card. I had to learn the hard way.
