knowledge of the events of the Afilias .info Sunrise phase which resulted in the processing of 10,000 .info registrations based upon false or no TM details, which in turn led to the .info Landrushers doing their money on those names fraudulently registered in the Sunrise? It seems that in the absence of a regulatory authority that will protect the interests of the general public, the general public may have to resort to the courts to try to get justice and possibly bring attention to the fact that those who currently control ICANN are using it as a registrars club.
