There are ethical registrars. What a shame they seem so few and so many others that are prepared to take your money and give you back nothing but grief.

Without a DNS regulatory authority prepared to protect the interests of the general public, we must assume more and more instances of the public losing money to scam registrars.

It's time that the general public has appropriate representation on the ICANN board and that those ICANN execs responsible for the fiascos of the Afilias .info and the Neulevel .biz launches are removed from their positions of authority and trust which they have so obviously abused.
