the refund of a registration fee resulting from the time when Afilias's whois first
crashed after live registrations. Thank you Bill, thank you NameScout.
There
are ethical registrars. What a shame they seem so few and so many others that are
prepared to take your money and give you back nothing but grief.
Without a DNS
regulatory authority prepared to protect the interests of the general public, we
must assume more and more instances of the public losing money to scam registrars.
It's
time that the general public has appropriate representation on the ICANN board and
that those ICANN execs responsible for the fiascos of the Afilias .info and the Neulevel
.biz launches are removed from their positions of authority and trust which they
have so obviously abused.
Viva la resistance!
