Afilias challenges delayed... |

I talked last week with an official from Afilias who said Afilias probably won't
announce the names it is challenging until March. This is disappointing.
Still, I'd rather have them take their time and include as many names as possible
in the challenge rather than miss a lot of names that should be challenged.
