You say, "To encourage this, we offer the registrant a free "exchange" for another .Web domain."

ENCOURAGE is an interesting word - if anything like WIPO encouragement - I would call it FORCE.

You know every word is trademarked.

business.INFO has been given to a trademark holder.

If somebody had business.web - you would force them to give it to a trademark holder?

If somebody had gold.web - you would force them to give it to a trademark holder?

If somebody had orange.web - you would force them to give it to a trademark holder?

etc. etc. etc.

Trademarks have a symbol shown after them for a reason - do you still agree with me that a TLD (say of .reg) would better replace this?

OR would you rather force all your customers to give their domains to trademark holders?
