Subject: I was making couple of points

Christopher - I was pointing out the fact that all words are trademarked - so all would be "easily subject to a UDRP proceeding", as you put it.

Also why should somebody making complaint, say about Ford Motors, have their fordmotors.web taken away?

Or they could be small businessman selling second hand cars of particular type, *** obviously not claiming to be the trademark holder ***

Those that are not encouraged to give their domain will be forced to give it up anyway in UDRP (80 percent do).

UDRP is unethical peversion of trademark law - for the benefit of Big Business to the detriment of peoples rights.
