anybody know of a sale in that region in 2001? To get it as part of trademark name,
or because they have it as graphic (it was issued as graphic and NOT word) would
be an abuse of their trademark.
They could not use the single word 'finance' for
financial information.
It would be against trademark law to use it for such -
they have to disown the word or use it only in stylized form (as graphic only).

Maybe you're right... but these TM guys will always find a way: e.g. selling or leasing
finance.info to a subsidiary.
