Subject: ICANN are to blame - Lynn and Cerf, please contradict

Message:

Dear Mr Lynn and Mr Cerf, though I am angry, the logic of my argument is rational and reasoned.

The following is my honest opinion about the Sunrise situation.

Please contradict any single one of these statements:

ICANN did nothing beforehand, to stop all this from happening or ensure that rules were kept.

ICANN wanted a (bull*) Sunrise put in place.

ICANN do nothing now, about this MASS FRAUD.

ICANN do not even enter into dialogue with us.

ICANN call themselves OPEN - therefore this is a LIE.

You both admit that cybersquatting disputes are less likely in a regulated TLD.

UN WIPO, US DoC and ICANN must have always known that.

THEY ALL know restricted TLDs for trademarks would remove the need for Sunrise.

Sunrise gives priority to Big Business over people to common words - therefore abridges what words people can use.

Sunrise will not solve 'consumer confusion', 'trademark conflict' or stop anybody 'passing off'.

Sunrise will never guarentee all trademarks can use their mark - Apple Computers will still want apple.anything - Caterpillar tractors will still want cat.anything.

Therefore - THEY ALL ARE CORRUPT.
