               Opinion: It might be legally
impossible for a registrar to vest an entity with ownership of a sunrise domain registration
where the entity indicates they do not meet the trademark requirement(s). It might
be legally impossible for a registry to accept and/process a sunrise registration
application for an entity where the entity indicates they do not meet the trademark
requirement(s). It might be that a valid sunrise registration contract can not exist
since the entity indicating they do not meet the trademark requirement(s) is not
eligible to hold a sunrise domain registration. Disclaimer: this message may or may
