I only want a reasoned explanation of how you
equate these two statements.
1. "SpyProductions did the right thing."
2.
Spy Productions put in fake TM numbers, cheated and lied.
I simply cannot help
identifying a contradiction between those two statements. I just don't get the logic.
What
was at stake, looking at the broader picture which involved many other Registrars,
was integrity of the process, the need for the public to trust the Registry/Registrar
system, and the loss of about $3,000,000 by consumers who lost the chance for a Landrush
name that they had paid for.
"SpyProductions did the right thing." What you did
was give priority to your customers at the expense of other people's customers, by
using deception and breaking the rules.
Should consumers really accept that the
Registrars they rely on operate in that kind of moral vacuum?
