This kind of talk will get you into Delaware court. That statement is untrue. You
never signed up with us as a customer and you know nothing of the dialogue between
us and our customers. Choose your words carefully with me from here out. 
I don't mind open discussion but slander is something I can easily act upon in a
court of law.  Unless you have time and money to blow, I respectfully ask you
to keep your accusations factual.   This is where I feel pretty much screwed. 
Here I am in the open trying to explain, but you are hiding behind a shroud.
