Some cases were no doubt legitimate - these should stand.In my informed opinion:
the Law should be used to reverse all corrupt UN WIPO decisions.
The worse corrupt
cases - when domains are used to make complaint and when words are not specific to
one trademark holder.
e.g. JT.com was usurped for Japan Tobacco.
Many other businesses
have those same initials.
The United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization
are a bunch of thieves.
Domains are NOT trademarks - also; because of free-speech
issues and not all can use their mark, cannot be used as such.
Yet WIPO steal peoples
legal property, under guise of the Law - to give one trademark holder dominance,
over others using the same word(s) or initials.
