What is the situation with Trademark holders etc over .biz? If you pre-register with DomainBank, do you just end up being challenged by a TM holder and lose the $100 you have to pay for the name if you get it? I haven't been following .biz so I haven't a clue where it's all at. When do these names get allocated? Who then has the right to challenge them? Suppose DomainBank secure three names I've pregistered... I have to pay them $300 for that... is it likely I'd then be challenged by a TM holder, so I would just have paid DomainBank $300 for what ends up nothing? I'd be grateful if someone could clarify these questions for me, before I get tempted to commit money all over again. I lost enough in the .info "abomination"!
