...so, what's the answer? |

Please could someone answer this question? When I initially applied for fizz.biz
I was told that a TM claim had been made for it by the BBC and I was asked if I still
wanted to apply for it (that was back in the autumn) So I decided I would not apply,
because what's the point if I'm challenged by someone with a TM claim who's going
to take it off me? Now we're invited to pre-register again for these 40000 .biz
names. What I don't understand is: are most of these names already reserved for TM
claimants, or is it genuinely "first-come-first-served"? Will the BBC, who submitted
a TM claim for fizz.biz, be able to take the name off me, if I pre-register it, and
turn out to be the lucky one who is allocated it?
