IANAL, but wouldn't he have to prove protecting HIS mark? e.g. If you had DellComputer.biz,
then I presume Dell Computers could use a number of reasons to take it. But if
you had Dell.biz (not being used to sell computers) they could not use it - could
they? The word DELL belongs to other trademarks e.g. US Serial Number 72061365

for .REG Along comes trademark from another country, that you have never heard
of, claims you are infringing on their mark. Damned stupid morons running the system.
