Subject: Don't Feel So Bad ...

        Back on November 15, 2001, I ordered Versign's "Web Forwarding" for three .INFO domains.  My credit card was charged $12 x 3 = $36.  To date, only one of the three resolve.  From the first week, I made weekley visits to "Chat Support", and was always told;

- There is nothing they can do;
- No, I cannot have a refund, because Verisign has a policy of "no refunds".

So I paid for two products from Verisign, and I never got the products, and I cannot have a refund, and the problem "has been escalated to a higher department" (two months ago).

I've emailed equally worthless Verisign supervisors.

Why did I buy through Verisign/NSI if I don't like their service?  Well, I submitted the same names through other registrars, during landrush period, but was unlucky enough to get them through Verisign/NSI.

ICANN enables Verisign to steal, that's right, STEAL, money from customers.
