Regarding pre-payment
:-Hi [moler],
Thank you for your emails.
Internetters is charging our standard
charges for .biz Landrush II (as any other global domain - the only difference is
the 10 years period for the first 2 weeks). A 10 year registration is 175 GB
Pounds (no value added tax is applicable as you are based outside the EC European
Community). 175 GB Pounds is at todays rates equivalent to 248 US Dollars.
Internetters
will therefore charge the customers credit card at the time of application for the
full registration fee. In the event of your application through Internetters being
unsuccessful, we will refund the full registration fee prepaid, less a small administration
fee of 15 GB Pounds.
We apologise if our website did not make things fully clear
and we have now enhanced our website to reflect this. We thank you for your comments.
Kind
regards,
Ken

Regarding return of funds if unsuccesful
:-
Hi [moler],
Thank you for your email and very relevant questions.
Any
refunds will be made as a direct credit back to your credit card
account. Within
a maximum of 7 days after advice to Internetters by the Neulevel registry that an
application has been unsuccessful, the refund will be made. We will also now add
this statement to the FAQ pages.
We are a very honest and reputable company and
we are merely seeking to avoid the risk of us having registered a domain name on
a client's behalf and then being unable to recover the funds from their card after
registration. We do not intend to benefit from holding your funds for longer than
necessary. We also believe that our policy on applications (single application per
name) will also substantially improve our clients (and our) chances of successful
registration.
I hope this answers your points. At 9.30am GMT tomorrow morning we
will switch over the index page on www.landrush2.biz to our live database search
facility. It will then be possible to search and apply for domains (one at a time,
on a first-come, first-served basis - to be fairest to all applicants).
We look
forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Paul Westley
