I have
not lost a cent - not being in Landrush or Sunrise.
However I believe the same
as you - this was fraud by Afilias and conspiracy to commit fraud by ICANN.
This

You
will see that Alex (LegalEagle), an experienced lawyer, believes that it would be
difficult to prove.
That being said - I believe if you had 12 honest people in
the Jury, the truth would hit them, smack in the face.
You have to tell them to
keep foremost in their mind, these are experts that set this Sunrise system up.
Proof
of concept was just a smokescreen of SPIN.
Even Alex admits, "Yes, Sunrise was
Bull* propoganda."
Afilias and ICANN do not admit to gross incompetence - having
no checks at all.
This is even though they now have to check many of these trademarks
- and still many false ones will go through.
There is absolutely no doubt in my
mind - they are both corrupt.
