Subject: ICANN have ultimate responsibility

ICANN have ultimate responsibility.

Vinton - give me a call if you can't handle it ;-)

What did they do to help prevent this alleged fraud - before, during or after the event?

Which is why I believe them complicit.

Open TLDs should not give priority to trademarks - it abridges these common words to people.

Trademarks should have restriced TLDs - it totally removes the need for Sunrise.

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is the non-profit corporation that was formed to assume responsibility for the IP address space allocation, protocol parameter assignment, domain name system management, and root server system management functions previously performed under U.S. Government contract by IANA and other entities.
