You are right.  Afilias must refund the money to sunrise registrants who lose their names...especially where registrars like Spy Productions filled in the data fraudulently for them.  Even if people tried scamming names during Sunrise, if you (Afilias) takes their money  willingly and processes these fake registrations, then you are a party to this fraud and are a participant in it...Afilias is no better than the fraudulent registrant and in fact worse because Afilias must be held to a higher standard as they are the ones running this whole fiasco for the world.  Afilias must be made accountable and made to refund all money taking during any fraud.
