Was I going to be stupid and Pay 295 dollars to contest? No way!!! As soon as I got my first Challenge I saw the scam. I had a tradmark that was on a state level (through the secretary of state of Arizona) I knew I was cutting it close at registration time, But I read the word's similar to "most qualified Applicant" which gave me hope that if No National Trademark was registered, Mine would have a chance. Does anyone know where affilias origionally stated they would have option after the CHALLENGE PERIOD to make their own chalenges. Or did they come up with a new Policy?
