I feel great anger at the way that neulevel are handling .biz domains. I registered
a .biz domain on November 9th 2001, and according to the ICAANN website I have the
right to make a registrar transfer at any time after 60 days from the date of registration.
I have tried to change registrars several times, but the change has been blocked
by neulevel. I have written to them, and their reply is that I will not be able to
transfer the domain until April 1st 2002, almost 5 months after the initial registration!
This is a clear breach of the conditions laid out on the page http://www.icann.org/tlds/agreements/biz/registry-agmt-appf-11may01.htm
.I must add that both the gaining and losing registrars have been most helpful,
and are in no way responsible for the delay in transfer, it is clearly the fault
of neulevel's policy. If neulevel are not willing or able to properly administer
the .biz TLD, they should have withdrawn from them the right to do so.
