This will only make .com more entrenched. Further expansion of domain name extension at this point of time would be ill-conceived and irresposible.  ICANN should allow .info and .biz extensions to take some roots.  What they should be doing really is to put pressure on Afilias and Neulevel to take measures to popularize new extensions.  New extensions are not like groceries that people have to buy.  And, even there superstores advertise!  .info and .biz will not become mainstream unless registries loosen up their purse and use medium of television to make people aware of the new extensions.
