Not quite really.  I am sorry but they haven't refunded pre-registration fees they charged for domains stolen during sunrise period.  Have they? Domainbank.com did refund.  Register.com, Catalog.com and Domains4ever.com are still sitting on our hard earned money.   Are they not ashamed to hold on to fees for which they haven't rendered any service?
